Troy launches gold standard material protection campaign

Troy Corp. will launch its new 2008 “Gold Standard in Material Protection” campaign at the 2007 International Coatings Expo (ICE)  Oct. 3-5 in Toronto. The new corporate image is designed to reflect the company’s continued leadership in technological advancement, quality and environmental stewardship by transforming its R&D, manufacturing, sales, distribution and performance of its products and services to serve the needs of its customer base.
“Our formulation chemistry and process advancements have allowed us to meet the green challenge,” said Dave Faherty, vice president, marketing at Troy. “We have a portfolio of industry-leading products offered to the paint and coatings industries that allow customers to obtain ‘Green Seal,’ the mark of environmental responsibility certification and other friendly endorsements for their coatings. Manufacturers are meeting the low- and zero-VOC demands with biocides that effectively inhibit the growth of microorganisms as well as paint additives that improve the performance of low-VOC and zero-VOC systems.”
